Shipping

• Orders will be scheduled to ship within the next 1-2 business days after you have placed your order, tracking will be provided to all orders being shipped out via email.

• Please make sure that all information being inputted is valid and correct, we will not be held accountable for items that are “un-deliverable” or sent to the wrong address due to wrong information inputted.

Terms and Conditions / Returns and Refunds

• Returns and refunds are subject to approval.

• Items that have been mounted or damaged are not applicable for a refund or exchange.

• Shipping and restocking fees may apply for returns due to ordering the wrong size or compound.

• All items marked “sale”, “clearance”, or “final sale” are not eligible for refund or exchange

Local pick up

• Local Pick Up is currently ONLY available in TORONTO, ONTARIO, CANADA.

• For local pick up orders, please email us at info@valinocanada.com prior to placing your order

• Pick up orders are expected to be picked up within 5 business days after your order has been placed. You will be notified by email when your order is ready for pick up.
